supply，offer，provide的区别和用法：
1、词意不同：
provide指有远见，为应付意外、紧急情况等作好充分准备而“供给、提供”，offer侧重表示“愿意给予”，provide不如supply常用，常被用来表达“提供”。
2、特殊用法不同：
offer有主观上愿意共给的意思，其他词无此意， offer还有出价、给多少工资的意思，其他词无此意。provide前者可跟双宾语，而后者无此用法。有时它们可互换，可说provide/supply sth. to sb.也可说provide/supply sb. with sth.
3、应用语境不同：

offer和quotation区别
offer和quotation主要有以下3点不同：
1、offer和quotation的具体意思不同。
quotation的意思是报价，指某一商品的单价；而offer的意思是报盘，除单价外，还包括数量，交货期，付款方式等等。
2、offer比较固定，而quotation可以做调整。
offer比较固定，卖方价格报出后，一般不能轻易变动；而quotation则不同，卖方报价后，不受约束，可以根据情况略加调整。
3、offer作报盘解时，既可作名词用，也可作动词用；而quotation只能作名词。
①offer作名词用时，常与动词make, send, give等连用，后接介词for或on, 或of, 接 for最普通，接on较少见，买方提及卖方的报盘时，即说到对方已报某货的盘或某数量的盘时，常用of。
