3．既可以修饰可数名词，又可以修饰不可数名词的有：
plenty of， a lot of，lots of， a large/great quantity of， a good supply of，这些词或词组接复数或不可数名词，修饰可数名词时，谓语动词用复数；修饰不可数名词时，谓语动词用单数。但supplies of， (large) quantities of 同样修饰复数或不可数名词时谓语动词用的是复数，应特别注意。
